These Terms & Conditions apply to our Dropsetupit.com brand's Shopify Dropshipping Store Setup services and Recorded/Live Course Sales. By purchasing our courses or utilizing our digital services, you explicitly agree to remain bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Service & Course Scope

• Shopify Store Design: Custom theme optimization, product catalogue configuration, and functional store deployment.
• Recorded / Live Courses: Access to scheduled video lectures, supplementary learning materials, and live training sessions.
• Additional components such as active Ad Management or search engine optimization (SEO) are excluded unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All financial transactions must be completed entirely through our authorized online payment gateways.
• For design services, cancellations made strictly within 24 hours of purchase will receive a refund, subject to a 30%-40% administrative processing fee deduction.
• No refund claims will be accepted after the initial 24-hour window, nor do they apply to educational courses.
• Once active project development on a client's store setup has commenced, the paid amount becomes completely non-refundable.

3. Delivery & Revisions

• Store Design: Standard completion timeframe ranges between 3 to 7 business days, depending heavily on overall project complexity.
• Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to 2 complimentary structural adjustment rounds; further modifications will incur extra fees.
• Course Access: Digital access keys to training dashboards are provisioned instantly upon successful verification of payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provision of accurate personal details, business properties, administrative credentials, and valid contact information.
• Providing required design feedback and necessary assets in a timely and structured manner.
• Unauthorized distribution, unauthorized sharing, or digital piracy of premium course materials is strictly prohibited.
• Providing inaccurate business inputs may cause operational delays or result in immediate order termination.

5. Income Disclaimer

The acquisition of our educational courses or professional setup services does not guarantee monetary income. Financial outcomes vary heavily based on individual execution capacity and real-time market volatility.

6. Intellectual Property

• All digital course layouts, source files, proprietary store configurations, and operational graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of Elearnskill.com.
• Clients are expressly prohibited from duplicating, selling, or sharing these assets with unauthorized third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elearnskill.com will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or secondary financial losses. Evaluating market risks, tracking real-time ad performance metrics, and achieving product sales outcomes remain the sole commercial responsibility of the client.
