In the body of the email, you must clearly explain the valid reasons for your refund request. Additionally, you are required to attach all valid transaction receipts and enrollment documents received from ElearnSkill.com at the time of purchase.
Post-Application Review Process
- Upon receiving your refund application, a notification will be sent to the applicant, and our support team will reach out if further clarification is required.
- If communication with the applicant fails or goes unanswered, the refund processing will be put on hold. In such cases, the applicant must follow up with a fresh email using the subject line: “Applying for release holded refund”.
- ElearnSkill.com reserves the absolute right to suspend, hold, or revoke your access to the course content while your refund application is under official review.
- The evaluation of a refund application typically takes up to 7 business days from the date of submission, though complex cases may require additional processing time.
- Upon successful approval, the amount will be reversed to the original payment source. Please note that a gateway transaction or processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the total refundable amount.
